Midway Village and Museum Center is a collection of several museums and village structures that collectively help visitors explore the history of the Rockford, Illinois area. Among the museums are an Old Doll's House building and salutes to baseball and industry. The Greater Rockford aircraft was flown in 1928 by Col. Bert Hassell from Rockford in an attempt to cross the Atlantic and land in Sweden but had to make an emergency landing in Greenland.

For the latest museum information and exhibits, you're invited to visit their official web site.
